Foc Agreement

The ITF-TCC agreement is the most common type of ITF agreement. Most affiliated unions use the uniform ITF TCC Agreement. There are several other types of CBT agreements, all of which have been approved by the ITF and have been taken over by different affiliated unions around the world. Although they may vary slightly (mainly due to the requirements of their national legislation), they are all based on the single CBT-CBT and meet the established minimum standards for ITF. When a shipowner signs an ITF agreement, he commits: sometimes the parties do not reach an agreement during conciliation. The FOC employee can then make a recommendation for a temporary custody, parental leave and child custody order. The recommendation on child maintenance is based on the financial information provided by the parties and on the number of nights on parental leave. Mediation occurs when a neutral person (the Mediator) meets with both parties to help them resolve issues they disagree on.

Your district`s FOC can offer services to arbitrate custody and parental leave disputes. The services are voluntary and confidential. If you can`t reach an agreement with your child`s other parent, the BAK doesn`t recommend anything to the court. If you agree, the agreement can be ordered by the courts. Cancellation of FOC services means that the FOC is not involved in your case and you do not receive any of the services offered by the FOC. If you unsubscribe from FOC services, disagreements over parental leave or child support are heard by a judge in a longer and more formal procedure. In addition, the FOC will not contribute to imposing family allowances that would develop during the opt-out phase. If you unsubscribe from FOC services and the other parent does not pay for your interview with your child, the FOC does not help you withdraw what is owed to you. It shall indicate the applicable CBA, it shall indicate the details of the vessel covered and it shall indicate the data on which the agreement is valid.
